Yes, the free trial facility allows you to access a sample test bank of 50 questions for a 7 day period with no obligation. You are not required to enter any credit card details in order to start the trial. To register for a free 7 day trial of examdoctor click here.

Hodder Arnold work with internationally renowned authorities to produce trusted, specialist high quality resources for students, academics and professionals. Hodder Arnold also publishes the RSM imprint, which includes the Get Through, In a Box and Get ahead! series of exam revision aids. Questions from these publications and specially commissioned new questions form the basis of much of the current revision practice material used on examdoctor. However we have a major programme for commissioning brand new material for online publication on examdoctor only. We receive very positive feedback from candidates and are constantly refining the content.

You can pay for your subscription online using the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Solo and Delta. We do not charge a transaction fee for processing credit or debit cards. We currently do not offer the facility for cheque or paypal payments.

Once you have found the relevant subscription period and have clicked on the ‘proceed to checkout’ button, you can begin the checkout process. You will be required to register with the examdoctor site (please note that this does not include your payment card details) and you will also need to set up a password.

If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address on the 'forgotten your password' page  and we will email you a new temporary password. Then simply follow the instructions in the email in order to change your password.

Supported browsers are Internet Explorer 7 or newer, and Firefox 3.5 or newer. Examdoctor is not optimized for use on Safari or on mobile browsers and so some features of the site may not work when using these browsers.

All of your records are kept with reference to your username/e-mail address, and will remain even when renewing an expired subscription.

Our system is not currently set up to allow any customer resets. However, a subscription taken out with a new username/e-mail will ensure you can start a re-subscription from the beginning.
